Officials say its visual and symbolic impact far outweighs its size, primarily due to the sheer height of the three 63-foot statues of BJP ideologues, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee.
