MANILA, Philippines — A driver received a 90-day suspension on his license after he slapped a man pushing a cart on the street, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) said on Monday. According to the LTO, a video posted on Sunday shows the driver outside of his Toyota Hilux confronting the cart-pusher before striking the latter on the back of his head.
