Vietnam’s first two liquefied natural gas (LNG) power plants, Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4, have begun commercial operations. Owned by Petrovietnam Power, the southern Dong Nai plants have a combined capacity of 1.62 gigawatts and are expected to generate 9 billion kWh annually.
