TACLOBAN CITY —The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8) in Eastern Visayas on Monday promoted 661 uniformed personnel in a region-wide, simultaneous oath-taking and pinning of ranks ceremony across Eastern Visayas. The promotions were carried out during the regular Monday flag-raising ceremony at the PRO-8 headquarters in Camp Secretary Ruperto K. Kangleon in Palo, Leyte, and in police units throughout the region. The activity was spearheaded by PRO-8 Regional Director Police Brig. Gen.
