DAVAO CITY, Philippines — Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte ranted about the slated opening on Monday afternoon of the Bucana bridge here in compliance with an earlier announcement by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Duterte said that the approach road is still incomplete, hence, it was still premature to open the bridge.
