The International Criminal Court rejected Israel’s appeal, leaving in place the arrest warrants issued last November for Prime Minister Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant. The decision was adopted by a 3–2 majority, with the court ruling that Israel’s arguments under the principle of complementarity did not justify canceling the warrants.
