MANILA, Philippines — The shear line, easterlies and northeast monsoon (amihan) are expected to bring rainy weather all over the country on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Pagasa, in its 5 a.m. weather forecast, detailed that the northeast monsoon will bring rainy “cloudy skies with rains” to Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao.
