BACOLOD CITY—PrimeWater, owned by the Villar Group, has been sold, Bacolod Rep. Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez said on Monday. PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp., which has been the subject of numerous complaints nationwide for its alleged poor service, entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with the Bacolod City Water District (Baciwa).
