Senators flag ₱8-B FMR projects not ‘properly identified’ in bicam

MANILA,  Philippines — At least  P8 billion worth of farm-to-market (FMR) projects that were not “properly identified” suddenly appeared in the bicameral conference committee discussions of the proposed P6.793-trillion budget next year, two senators revealed on Tuesday. This new FMR issue was raised by Sen.
