MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has expressed optimism that the Philippines will regain its title as a top tourist destination in Asia following the improvements in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia), the country’s busiest and main gateway, more than a year since its operations were privatized.
