[Vanguard] Minister of Works, and former governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi, has dismissed calls for a separate Biafran State, saying it is no longer warranted, due to what he described as the unprecedented integration of the Igbo into Nigeria's national development agenda under President Bola Tinubu.
