Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Torobaev took part in the signing ceremony of a loan agreement intended to finance the construction of China—Kyrgyzstan—Uzbekistan railway, the Cabinet’s press service reported.
