LONDON — Britain is set to rejoin the European Union’s Erasmus student exchange program, which it left almost five years ago following Brexit, UK media reported late Tuesday. London could make the announcement — part of Labour Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s much-touted “reset” with the bloc — as early as Wednesday, newspapers the Times and the Guardian reported.
