CM Maryam vows complete eradication of terrorism

LAHORE: Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif reiterated Punjab government’s firm commitment to ensure peace, security and complete eradication of terrorism. In her message on the anniversary of APS tragedy, she paid rich tribute to the brave children, teachers and staff who laid down their precious lives, terming their great sacrifice a timeless example of courage and resilience. She said that great sacrifice of the innocent children martyred in the Army Public School (APS) Peshawar tragedy can never be forgotten. Expressing profound respect and solidarity with the parents and families of APS martyrs, the CM said the nation salutes their bravery and steadfastness in the face of immense loss. She reaffirmed that Pakistan’s unflinching resolve against stamping out menace of terrorism remains unwavering, adding that the future of our dear homeland is secure and bright due to unmatched sacrifices of the armed forces of Pakistan.
