Ilongga queens now have another avenue to take part on the Miss Universe Philippines pageant with the launching of the search for Iloilo Province’s delegate to next year’s national competition. Fashion designer Erik Castelo has inked an agreement with the Miss Universe Philippines Organization (MUPH) as local director for the province of Iloilo on Dec. 8 in Quezon City.
