Local 4 WDIV Detroit Father of missing Skelton brothers to appear in court on murder, tampering with evidence charges
The charges -- three counts of open murder and three counts of tampering with evidence -- were filed on Nov. 12, roughly two weeks before he was scheduled to be released from prison.
