Dehradun’s municipal corporation has framed new dog licensing bylaws allowing FIRs against pet owners if their dogs bite someone. Licensing will be mandatory for dogs above three months, with anti rabies vaccination proof required. The rules will take effect after gazette notification, PTI reported.
