The supermarket chain Delhaize is withdrawing its 600g pots of “celeriac velouté with truffle” from sale due to a packaging error. Rather than containing celeriac velouté, the pots contain lobster soup. This could pose a threat to unsuspecting customers with shellfish allergies if they were to eat the soup.
