The Delhi government has announced a technology driven clean air plan that includes third party monitoring of PUCC certificates, a new car pooling app, mechanised road cleaning and traffic signal reforms. Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said electric buses, regional coordination and pollution hotspot mapping will anchor the strategy.
