CEBU CITY, Philippines — To ensure timely response during emergencies, the Philippine Coast Guard in Central Visayas (PCG-7) plans establishing additional coastal stations all over the province. Commander Rear Admiral Agapito Bibat, director at PCG-7, met with Gov.
