PUTRAJAYA – Cambodia and Thailand have both agreed to attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers special meeting on Dec 22 in Kuala Lumpur to kick-start talks to prevent further escalation along the disputed border, said Malaysia’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
