MANILA, Philippines — Dennis Uy-led PH Resorts Group Holdings Inc. (PHR) is dropping its casino bid after the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) revoked its provisional license for its Cebu project. In a stock filing Thursday, the company said its subsidiaries Lapulapu Leisure Inc. and Lapulapu Land Corp. had received the gaming regulator’s approval of the revocation of their permit allowing them to operate an integrated resort and casino project in Mactan.
