Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Thursday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs455,762 after a gain of Rs2,200 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs390,742 after it increased by Rs1,800, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Wednesday , in the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs453,562 after a gain of Rs2,700 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $22 to reach $4,334 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs78 to reach Rs6,900 per tola.
