The Islamabad High Court (IHC) removed Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri as a judge on Thursday in a case pertaining to his law degree. A division bench led by Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan announced the decision on a plea that challenging the legitimacy of Justice Jahangiri’s law degree and appointment as a judge.
