BANGKOK, Dec 18 (Bernama) -- Thailand’s Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) on Thursday warned residents in three districts in Southern Thailand to remain alert amid the risk of flash floods and landslides following heavy rainfall.
