MANILA, Philippines – Two of Manila Water’s Non-East Zone operating units, Clark Water and Laguna Water, have been recognized by the International Water Association (IWA) as Climate Smart Utilities for 2025, honoring their leadership in adaptation, mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to advance a water-wise, climate-resilient future.
