After the Miss Universe Organization (MUO) confirmed that it had indeed shuttered its offices in Mexico to supposedly move back its base of operations to New York, its president Raul Rocha is nowhere to be found. Binational news organization LatinUS, a Spanish-language platform serving users in both Mexico and the United States, reported on Dec. 17 (18 in Manila) that a Mexican federal judge ordered his arrest on Dec. 15.
