"US Secretary of State Marco Rubio joked with a reporter who he thought had introduced himself as 'Vladimir Putin' during his briefing with the media on Friday. "I thought you were introducing yourself as Vladimir Putin," quipped Rubio."What are you doing here?!" "Vladimir Putin had his own end of year press conference today," the reporter tried again to which Rubio replied: "I bet he didn't do it in Spanish." Rubio also told the journalist that when it came to a potential deal, "I hope it can get done this month before the end of the year." The US, Ukrainian and Russian delegations are set to meet for further talks in Florida this weekend. Rubio was holding his end of year presser, while Vladimir Putin also held his own earlier in the day."
