Islamabad police fails to trace two robbers

ISLAMABAD: Despite the passage of two days, the capital police have failed to trace two armed robbers who looted a motorcycle, cash, and mobile phones from the son of a senior photojournalist within the jurisdiction of the Industrial Area Police Station. According to a police report, the victim, Muzammil Ali, a cameraman with Aaj TV and son of senior photojournalist Mazhar Ali Khan of Daily Business Recorder, was intercepted by armed men on the busy IJP Road. As stated in the FIR, Muzammil Ali said that on December 17, while returning home after duty, he reached near New Katarian on IJP Road when two unidentified men riding a motorcycle stopped him at gunpoint.
