COTABATO CITY — The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliament has requested President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to designate Special Assistant to the President Antonio Lagdameo Jr. as head of the national government’s contingent to the Intergovernmental Relations Body (IGRB).
