MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla confirmed Saturday that the remains found in Tuba, Benguet province, belong to former Department of Public Works and Highways undersecretary Catalina Cabral and that the cause of death was blunt force trauma consistent with a fall. Remulla confirmed the findings in a message to the Inquirer, saying the findings showed no gunshot wounds or other indications of foul play.
