MANILA, Philippines — Interior Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla confirmed on Saturday, December 20, that the dead body found in Tuba, Benguet province, belong to former Public Works Undersecretary Catalina Cabral, citing the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
