Authorities in Lam Dong Province, Vietnam’s Central Highlands, held a ceremony on Friday to start construction of the Tan Phu-Bao Loc Expressway, a major transport project expected to significantly shorten travel time between Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat from more than six hours to just over three hours.
