MANILA, Philippines — Travelers from the Philippines will likely see stable airfares at the start of the new year as the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) will keep the fuel surcharge steady in January. In an advisory dated Dec. 17, CAB retained the Level 4 status of passenger and cargo fuel surcharge for both domestic and international flights in January 2026.
