LINAMON, Lanao del Norte – The local government of Tubod, Lanao del Norte has set a massive declogging operation for the town center’s drainage system to prevent, if not minimize, another flooding episode during heavy rains. Mayor Dionesio Cabahug Jr. blamed the clogged drainage system for the flooding in the town amid heavy rains last Dec. 14 and Dec. 15.
