Jharkhand Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari has offered Dr. Nusrat, a woman doctor from Bihar, a government job in Jharkhand with a salary of ₹3 lakh, along with full security and accommodation. This comes after Bihar CM Nitish Kumar allegedly pulled down her veil during a public
