The death toll from the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court fire has risen to 161, said Chow Yat-ming, Commissioner of Police of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, at a media briefing on Dec 20. Police forensic analysis found that among the 160 previously identified
