Cold Wave Expected To Continue Across Bahrain For Several Days

The Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has confirmed that the cold wave which entered the Kingdom of Bahrain on Thursday is expected to persist for several days. The Directorate said nighttime temperatures in the coming days will range between 11°C and 13°C, while daytime conditions will remain moderate, with temperatures reaching around 18°C. In its latest update, the Directorate noted that cloud cover will continue across the Kingdom, with no rainfall expected during this period. According to a detailed weather bulletin published on its official website, temperatures on Saturday are forecast to drop to 11°C at night, with the perceived temperature feeling even lower. Relative humidity is expected to decline slightly from 80% to 75%. Cold conditions are expected to continue in the days ahead, with minimum temperatures forecast at 12°C on Sunday and 13°C on both Monday and Tuesday. Humidity levels may rise during this period, reaching up to 85%. Winds are also expected to gradually ease. Wind speeds on Saturday are forecast to range between 22 and 27 knots, decreasing to 17–22 knots on Sunday, and further easing to 5–10 knots by Tuesday.
