AL.com 13-year-old boy shot dead in south Alabama; 17-year-old charged with capital murder
The shooting happened just before 7 a.m. Friday in the 40 block of Westfield Court, an apartment complex along Highway 51 in Clayton, said Barbour County Coroner Chip Chapman.
