Pennsylvania Democratic Senator John Fetterman on Friday admitted that his party kept the government shut down for a record number of days only because they were “afraid” of their radical left base.  The longest shutdown in history lasted all of October and well into the first half of November, and Fetterman said it was “a betrayal of our core responsibility.” During an appearance on CSPAN’s Crossfire with host Dasha Burns, Fetterman threw his party under the bus, saying, “they just turned it into, like a game.” “Can you imagine if it was kept shut down through Thanksgiving and right now?
