Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training has proposed tighter rules on naming universities, including banning the use of terms such as ‘international,’ ‘national,’ ‘Vietnam,’ and ‘Ho Chi Minh’ unless explicitly approved, under a draft decree released for public consultation until December 28.
