MANILA, Philippines — Antipolo City 2nd District Rep. Romeo Acop has died at the age of 78, according to longtime friend and House Deputy Speaker Ronaldo Puno. Puno, in a message to INQUIRER, said their hearts are broken with the passing of Acop, a long-time National Unity Party member, where Puno is president.
