MANILA, Philippines — The body of the late former Public Works Undersecretary Maria Catalina “Cathy” Cabral has been turned over to her relatives, police said on Sunday. “The cadaver was released to the family last night (Saturday),” Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information Office chief Brig. Gen. Randulf Tuaño said in a message to Inquirer.  “No other info,” Tuaño also said.
