"The Russian delegation, led by presidential aide Kirill Dimitriev, arrived at the Shell Bay Club in Florida's Hallandale Beach on Sunday for the second day of peace talks with the US. Footage shows security personnel monitoring the area as Dimitriev's motorcade made its way into the golf club. Following Saturday's session, Dmitriev called negotiations with the American side 'constructive.' Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov said on Sunday that the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund would brief Moscow on the talks upon his return. US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner are leading the American delegation. The talks will reportedly center on whether Moscow will accept a modified proposal that includes 'Article 5-style' security guarantees for Ukraine in exchange for a territorial freeze and NATO neutrality. A Ukrainian delegation led by National Security Council Secretary Rustem Umerov is also expected to be in Florida or Washington DC this week for separate meetings. On Thursday, President Donald Trump said both sides are 'getting close to something', signaling that an agreement could be reached soon."
