MANILA, Philippines — The number of passengers started to surge at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) in Parañaque City on Monday morning. Most of them intend to travel to their home provinces or go back to Metro Manila, three days ahead of Christmas Day. As early as 7 a.m., PITX Senior Corporate Affairs Officer Kolyn Calbasa said they had already recorded the presence of a total of more than 31,000 (31,850) passengers at the bus terminal.
