Delhi NCR weather forecast: A yellow alert has been issued for Delhi for December 23, Tuesday and IMD has predicted clear skies and shallow to moderate fog during morning hours. But the air quality in the national capital showed no improvement and in Anand Vihar, the AQI was recorded at 442. A thick layer of smog engulfed Delhi today. Foogy conditions might prevail in Noida, Ghaziabad but no such warning has been issued for Gurugram.
