MANILA, Philippines —Three committees in the Senate have endorsed for plenary approval a bill that will institutionalize the Medical Assistance to Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients (Maifip) through the Universal Healthcare Medical Assistance Program (UHC MAP).
