[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Amnesty International Kenya has raised urgent concerns over the possible refoulement of a Turkish national arrested in Kenya, warning that his return to Türkiye could expose him to serious human rights violations, including arbitrary detention, torture, or ill-treatment.
