MANILA, Philippines — Nueva Ecija 1st District Rep. Mikaela Suansing has assured her House of Representatives colleagues that the bicameral conference committee report on the proposed 2026 national budget will be sent to lawmakers’ offices a day before its scheduled ratification on December 29.
