Majority Chief Whip in Parliament, Rockson Dafeamakpor, has cautioned against attributing the exposure of the controversial SML revenue assurance contract to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), insisting that the institution played no meaningful role in uncovering the scandal.
